"Oh no, is it made in China? Then it won't last."
– Here's the truth: You get what you pay for. All machines are built using globally recognized components from brands like Yaskawa, HIWIN, RAYCUS, RAYTOOLS, SCHNEIDER, and more.
Every machine goes through a strict final quality control before leaving the factory – no exceptions.

A frequent concern:
"What about service? What if something breaks?"
– I've been working with lasers for many years – from full assembly (larger machines often arrive disassembled almost to the last bolt) to final calibration and diagnostics. If a part fails, it can be calibrated or replaced.

Misconception #1:
"Franta can handle it – he's a young guy, does a bit of welding, wanders around the shop, and doesn't have much else to do. Let's assign him to the laser."

– Let's be honest:
Operating a CNC laser takes more than just plugging in a flash drive and pushing buttons. At minimum, it requires basic knowledge of vector graphics, curve editing, and general metalworking experience.
A lot can be learned quickly – but only if the person is willing. If someone is unwillingly assigned and isn't tech-savvy, it simply won't work.

Misconception #2:
"I'll input the parameters for the material, and it'll always cut the same."

– Wrong!
Different steel grades, batches, and manufacturers behave differently during cutting. That's why it's crucial to have an experienced operator who can fine-tune the parameters on the spot.
