My name is Petr Heller, and I would like to offer you my services in the field of fiber laser machines (FIBER LASER) and the production of designer infill panels – DL PANELS.

After many years as a primary manufacturer of fencing – both traditional styles and modern design solutions – and through my hands-on experience with fiber lasers, particularly in sheet metal cutting, I have reached a stage where I pass on my know-how to my customers. What sets me apart is the high added value of a personal approach.

I am not a large corporation – nor do I aspire to be one. My strength lies in solving customer challenges with the same care and dedication as if I were solving them for myself.

I strive to be flexible and to bring you new ideas, clear explanations, and practical insight – with a strong focus on understanding. My goal is to pass on my knowledge in a way that ensures the machine operator can control the system with 100% confidence.

Warranty:
I provide both warranty and post-warranty service:

1-year warranty for businesses (with company ID)

2-year warranty for private individuals

The price always includes: one free on-site service visit

Additional visits are charged as follows: 10 CZK/km (or the price of a flight ticket)

Accommodation compensation: 3000 CZK/night

Labor: 1000 CZK per hour (or part thereof)

These charges apply even in the case of an approved warranty claim.

Machine Sales and Distribution:
There's no need to worry about distance or purchasing a machine outside your home country. We live in a modern world, and traveling to your location by plane couldn't be easier.

I always pick up all customers from the airport and personally guide them through an initial machine inspection in my showroom, providing thorough explanations of all technical and practical details.

The same applies in the event of an unexpected malfunction. I will travel to your local airport with diagnostic tools, requiring only pick-up and a responsible person present during the troubleshooting process.
In practice, I can usually be with you within a few days.
